When paired with our Dual Thrust™ propellers—optional on the T60/T50 and standard on the T25 and T9.9—they provide up to 60% more forward thrust and up to 70% more thrust in reverse.

The newly redesigned Yamaha 25hp High Thrust outboard (432cc) offers exceptional power and efficiency, boasting the best power-to-weight ratio among high-thrust 25hp models. This latest version features a no-battery-required Electronic Fuel Injection system, along with both electric and manual start options across all models. Available in 20-inch and 25-inch shaft lengths, it accommodates a wide range of applications. Additionally, the Variable Trolling RPM Switch (VTS®) allows for slower-than-idle trolling speeds, ideal for precision fishing.
