Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Customers may return products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process

  • Initiation: To start a return, contact us at Sales@northsautymarine.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you within 5 business days regarding refund approval.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Customized products, items marked final sale, or used/opened items that cannot be resold.

  • We accept international returns under the same 30-day policy, but customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Processing Time for International Returns: Due to customs processing, international refunds may take up to 14 business days after we receive the return.
