3. Shipping Rates

5. International Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
  • If customs refuses an item and returns it to us, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries due to carrier limitations.
  • Certain oversized or hazardous materials may have shipping restrictions.
